Borderline Boardgames – a project of success

The EU-Commission has recently appointed the Narvik War and Peace Centre’s project “Borderline Boardgames” one of 17 highly successful projects in the Erasmus+ program.

The project timeline was from the fall of 2014 till the summer of 2016, in collaboration with partner organisations from 9 other European countries. Among the results of the project were the completion of the interactive, educational games “Mission Z” and “Real Ideal”, concerning respectively managing conflicts and financial management for youth. Both of the games have been frequently used by ourselves and our partners, with positive feedback from both youth and adult participants.
