There is an indoor parking lot in ‘Parkhallen’. Turn right from Kongens gate/E6 into ‘Sleggesvingen’ and turn right again after 20 meter. There are several public parking around the town.
There are elevators between all floors in the building.
The bathrooms are located in floor U1. They are accessible by stairs or elevators fra floor U2 or from the entrance level. Please remember to retain your ticket, you will need it to get into the exhibition again!
The museums shop is located just next to the entrance of the exhibition.
Personal guiding in the museum requires an appointment made in advance, at least the day before, as it depends on the availability of our educators. The additional fee for personal guiding is 900 NOK at daytime, 1250 NOK at evening/weekend. Tickets for the museum is not included in this fee.
We also have audioguides (requires downloading of the app Useeum). Here you will find different angles to the history of war.
Please contact the staff at the front desk if you wish to access the museum with a large wheelchair. Some wheelchair-users may have problems entering the Labyrinth, please contact the museum staff for assistance.
The café ‘Punktum’ offers freshly brewed coffee, light dishes and sweet treats!
